Shipping Policy

Here’s everything you need to know about how we get your order from our warehouse to your door.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and packed with care within [1-2 business days].

  • Processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed after [2 PM Your Time Zone] on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

Please note, processing time is separate from shipping time.

 

Shipping Cost: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Estimated Delivery:  10-20 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Important Note for International Orders: The recipient is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be imposed by their country's customs department. Petsbelover.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey on the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.


Important Information

Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Petsbelover.com is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at the customer's expense.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, Petsbelover.com is no longer responsible for the package. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx) directly to file a claim. We are happy to provide any information needed to assist you with your claim.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your items. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [3 days] of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to find a happy solution.
